that aboot sums it up

i think this clip sums up my views on techno/dance music.

perfectly i might add.

earlier i was driving in my car (yes, the great and powerful daewoo, master of all silver hatchbacks) and pulled up to a notoriously long red light.  there are several of these on my journey home, each of them generally presenting me with the usual standard of exhaust fumes and view of passing traffic.

this particular red light presented me with a view unlike any i had seen.  there was a small lady, probably in her thirties, driving a very large minivan/suv/monstrosity.  now, i know that isn't unusual, but the actions she was performing was the unusual part.  she had her head positioned such that she could easily gaze into the cavernous depths of her nostrils with the convenience of the rear view mirror, while watching her probing fingers reach deep into these endless nose-holes in order to excavate some of the finest green gold i'm sure she had ever seen.

well, maybe not the finest.  she decided it wasn't good enough to keep and rolled it up into a ball and tossed it out the window - while she continued the excavation process with the index finger of her other hand.

as i mentioned before, this was a rather long red light.  probably close to about two minutes.  needless to say, i was kept quite entertained/disgusted by this display of a woman so oblivious to her surroundings that she would sit in blatant view of several passing pedestrians and motorists while reaching in for some good booger action.
