technically i don't write code. i type it.

apparently there's a problem with putting handles on windows. just in case you wanted to know.

That's scary. When I tried to shut down my computer the other day, it said Windows XP was not responding. CTRL+alt+DEL showed nothing wrong in task manager. Couldn't figure that one out.

i've actually abandoned Windows XP all together at home in favour of using Ubuntu. so far i've been crash free for months. once i figured out all of the non-windows applications i needed, it's very easy to get windows out of the home pc now.

Very cool stuff. One day I might consider a non Microsoft OS, but for now, I get my stuff from an IT friend, so whatever he gives me I graciously take. I'm useless on my own. :)
