This one made the rounds at work about 2 weeks ago. When I first opened the page, I was instantly annoyed and moved my mouse to the Close Window button. Strangely, though, I didn't press it and ended up just staring stupidly at the screen for a couple minutes.
I think it may be some elaborate plot to render the North American workforce useless... ;)
